General FAQ's

Q: What is the best way for a buyer to contact you?
A: If you have any questions or concerns about any aspect of our Webstore, contact us. We can be reached by our contact us page. 

Q: What is your average length of time for you to respond to an email?
A. We get a lot of emails. They are all essential to us, and we do answer all of them. It may take a day or two to get through them all, but we do get through them.

Q: When are you closed for business? Or better yet open for business?
A: We work with the Webstore Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am until noon all EST. Sundays, we do not work with the Webstore. It is, of course, open to you 24 / 7.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal; There are two ways to pay using PayPal, either with your own PayPal account or by credit card using our PayPal terminal.

Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We ship via USPS or UPS whichever is best for the items you order.

Q: How fast do you deliver items after they are purchased?
Ans. The thing that seems to be a concern with buyers is delivery time. Most items ship within one to three business days. We have no control over delivery routing or times once a package leaves our shipping departments. Delivers can take only a few days or so. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. If you order multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses.
